Privacy Policy

This Policy explains what Gablr collects when you request a roofing estimate, why, and who we share it with. It applies whether you use the Service directly on gablr.ai or through a widget embedded on a roofing company’s website.

1. What we collect

Name, phone, email	To deliver your estimate and, if you used a roofing company’s embedded form, so that company can follow up with you.
Satellite and street-level imagery of the property	Fetched from Google’s mapping APIs and analyzed to identify roof type, material, and condition.
Uploaded photos (if you provide any)	To improve estimate accuracy.
Account email and login activity (if you create an account)	To let you save and revisit past estimates.
Basic usage data (IP address, request timing)	To prevent abuse of the Service and keep it available for legitimate use.

2. How we use it

To generate your roofing estimate, including sending property imagery to Google’s mapping APIs and to Google’s Gemini AI model for analysis.
To send you your estimate and, if applicable, a PDF copy.
If you submitted your address through a roofing company’s embedded widget: to deliver your name, phone, email, address, and estimate to that company as a sales lead. That is the purpose of the embedded form — the company you contacted through it receives your information so they can follow up.
To detect and prevent automated abuse (bot traffic, scraping, excessive requests).
To maintain and improve the Service’s accuracy over time.

3. Who we share it with

The roofing company you contacted (widget submissions only) — your estimate becomes a lead in their queue, as described above.
Service providers we use to run Gablr: Google (Maps, Solar, Street View, and Gemini AI APIs, to build your estimate), Amazon Web Services (hosting and database infrastructure), and Google Analytics (aggregate site-usage statistics).
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with data brokers.
We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Gablr, our customers, or the public.

4. Data retention

We keep lead and estimate records for as long as needed to provide the Service and to support the roofing company relationship the lead was generated for, and we delete or anonymize them on request (see Section 6) unless we’re legally required to keep them longer.

5. Security

Estimates are cryptographically signed so a client can’t alter a price after it’s generated. All API traffic runs server-side; your browser never has direct access to our third-party API keys. No system is perfectly secure, and we can’t guarantee absolute security of information you submit.

6. Your choices

You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing privacy@gablr.ai. If your address was submitted through a roofing company’s widget, we’ll act on your request for the copy of your data Gablr holds; you may also need to contact that company directly about the copy they hold, since they operate independently of Gablr once the lead is delivered.

7. Children’s privacy

The Service is intended for adults arranging property services and is not directed to children under 16.

8. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy as the Service changes. We’ll update the effective date above when we do.
